Add sesame oil and soy sauce to pan on medium heat, when hot, add tofu. Brown each side, approximately 5 minutes.
Cut french bread, and toast in oven at 425 for a few minutes until it's warm and crispy.
While tofu is cooking, mix the sauce ingredients together, set aside.
Prepare vegetable sandwich toppings (carrots and cucumbers into matchsticks, jalapenos sliced into rounds), and garnishes (cilantro chopped and lime sliced for squeezing).
When tofu is ready, spread sauce in the french bread, add it to the sandwich, then layer on carrots, cucumbers, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice, and a little more sauce.
