Stir Fry

carrots

cut into rounds

Instructions
Mix the sauce, set aside.
Shred 2 carrots, 1/2 head of cabbage, set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
Start seasoning the beef. When the oil is hot, add the beef, mix around until brown.
Add shredded cabbage and carrots to pan. Mix around with beef, then cover pan. Repeat until cabbage is wilted (approximately 15-20 minutes).
While cabbage is wilting prepare garnishes.
Add stir fry sauce, and most of the green onions. Stir around for another 2-3 minutes until sauce is warm.
Serve in a bowl, top with garnishes.
