Bread

french bread
sliced into rounds (1/8"-1/4")

mozzerella
sliced into 1/4" rounds

Instructions
Mix tomato mixture ingredients together in a bowl.
Drizzle oil on french bread rounds on an oiled pan, broil until brown, creating crostinis ~2 minutes.
Place cheese slices, then tomato mixture on top of crostinis.
