Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Put corn, still in husks on the middle oven rack. Cook for ~40-45 minutes until heated through and tender.
While corn cooks, mix vegan mayo, cheese, garlic, cilantro and lime until combined.
When corn is done, remove husks. Using a spatula, spread the sauce around the entire cob. Garnish with smoked paprika, chili powder, cilantro and optionally lime.
