Cut up cauliflower into florets. Toss in cooking oil in a bowl. Toss in flour mixture until fully coated. Dip in bowl on milk, then toss in flour again.
Arrange on baking sheet. Bake on center rake for 25 minutes.
Mix buffalo sauce with vegan butter.
Dip florets into sauce, bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Change oven to broil, and crisp up the florets, as well as some tortillas for a few minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then place florets into tortillas, and garnish with vegan sour cream, or aioli, and green onions.
