Ingredients
  

Stir Fry Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Impossible Beef

  • 1 package impossible beef
  • 1 inch fresh ginger shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • tbsp cooking oil

Stir Fry

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 2 carrots shredded

Garnishes

  • 2 green onions cut into rounds
  • 1/4 cucumber cut into match sticks
  • 1/2 jalapeno cut into rounds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sauce, set aside.
  • Shred 2 carrots, 1/2 head of cabbage, set aside.
  • Heat cooking oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
  • Start seasoning the beef. When the oil is hot, add the beef, mix around until brown.
  • Add shredded cabbage and carrots to pan. Mix around with beef, then cover pan. Repeat until cabbage is wilted (approximately 15-20 minutes).
  • While cabbage is wilting prepare garnishes.
  • Add stir fry sauce, and most of the green onions. Stir around for another 2-3 minutes until sauce is warm.
  • Serve in a bowl, top with garnishes.
