Ingredients
  

Tomato Mixture

  • 1 dozen cherry tomatoes (medley preferred) rusticly chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Bread

  • 1/2 loaf french bread sliced into rounds (1/8"-1/4")
  • 1/2 ball mozzerella sliced into 1/4" rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix tomato mixture ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Drizzle oil on french bread rounds on an oiled pan, broil until brown, creating crostinis ~2 minutes.
  • Place cheese slices, then tomato mixture on top of crostinis.
