- oven or toaster oven
Ingredients
Tomato Mixture
- 1 dozen cherry tomatoes (medley preferred) rusticly chopped
- 1/4 small red onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Bread
- 1/2 loaf french bread sliced into rounds (1/8"-1/4")
- 1/2 ball mozzerella sliced into 1/4" rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix tomato mixture ingredients together in a bowl.
- Drizzle oil on french bread rounds on an oiled pan, broil until brown, creating crostinis ~2 minutes.
- Place cheese slices, then tomato mixture on top of crostinis.
