Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 tbsp vegan butter
  • 8 tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Mix flour with garlic powder, black pepper, salt.
  • Cut up cauliflower into florets. Toss in cooking oil in a bowl. Toss in flour mixture until fully coated. Dip in bowl on milk, then toss in flour again.
  • Arrange on baking sheet. Bake on center rake for 25 minutes.
  • Mix buffalo sauce with vegan butter.
  • Dip florets into sauce, bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Change oven to broil, and crisp up the florets, as well as some tortillas for a few minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then place florets into tortillas, and garnish with vegan sour cream, or aioli, and green onions.
