Impossible Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
A delicious an easy asian-inspired dish

Ingredients
Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
Impossible Beef
- 1 package impossible beef
- 1 inch fresh ginger shredded
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- tbsp cooking oil
Stir Fry
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 carrots shredded
Garnishes
- 2 green onions cut into rounds
- 1/4 cucumber cut into match sticks
- 1/2 jalapeno cut into rounds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
- Mix the sauce, set aside.
- Shred 2 carrots, 1/2 head of cabbage, set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
- Start seasoning the beef. When the oil is hot, add the beef, mix around until brown.
- Add shredded cabbage and carrots to pan. Mix around with beef, then cover pan. Repeat until cabbage is wilted (approximately 15-20 minutes).
- While cabbage is wilting prepare garnishes.
- Add stir fry sauce, and most of the green onions. Stir around for another 2-3 minutes until sauce is warm.
- Serve in a bowl, top with garnishes.
