Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- pinch salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 tbsp vegan butter
- 8 tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Mix flour with garlic powder, black pepper, salt.
- Cut up cauliflower into florets. Toss in cooking oil in a bowl. Toss in flour mixture until fully coated. Dip in bowl on milk, then toss in flour again.
- Arrange on baking sheet. Bake on center rake for 25 minutes.
- Mix buffalo sauce with vegan butter.
- Dip florets into sauce, bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Change oven to broil, and crisp up the florets, as well as some tortillas for a few minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then place florets into tortillas, and garnish with vegan sour cream, or aioli, and green onions.
